Nice bag poor packaging

Bag is excellent and zipper is smooth like butter. Looks just like pictures and I think it will last a long time. Unfortunately the padding inside the bag was almost nonexistent and it was shipped in a thin plastic bag. Add these two together; the bag arrived looking like a wrinkled paper in a trash can. I put more padding into the bag for a few days and it’s good quality leather so MOST wrinkles smoothed out. A few small bumps still remains, but it looks good overall so I’m keeping it. I’d recommend you to change the way you ship this bag - either add more padding inside or ship in a cardboard box (or both). It’s a shame on such a nice bag.
